30-day return window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization. No restocking fee. The 30-day period starts on the day you receive your item.

How to request a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide authorization and confirm the return instructions. Our return address is 74 Rue De La Fraternite, 60290 Laigneville, France.

Change-of-mind returns

For a change of mind, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. You pay the return shipping cost. Returns are sent to France, so international postage costs may apply. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description and, where possible, photographs to help us assess the issue. Necessary unpacking to discover a problem does not disqualify the request. When the issue is our error, damage or a defect, we cover the applicable return shipping cost and arrange the appropriate remedy with you. Please obtain instructions before returning the item.

Inspection & refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is approved and communicate the result. Once approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Please contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
